You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging machine learning insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
Working in a remote, fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in translating business objectives into scalable, tech-enabled marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage sales and marketing projects with a focus on integrating machine learning models and analytics into business strategies Collaborate with data science teams to implement ML-driven solutions such as customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and personalization Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met Align cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering to achieve project goals Translate complex machine learning outputs into actionable insights for business stakeholders Monitor campaign performance using data-driven metrics and continuously optimize strategies Develop frameworks for marketing automation, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle management using ML models Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and emerging technology trends Manage stakeholder communication, reporting, and project governance Ensure adoption of best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and performance tracking What Makes You a Great Fit 13+ years of experience in project management within sales, marketing, or digital transformation roles Strong exposure to Machine Learning concepts and their application in marketing and sales use cases Proven ability to manage large, cross-functional projects in a remote or distributed environment Experience working closely with data science or analytics teams to deliver ML-driven business solutions Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition strategies, and performance metrics Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and drive execution Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Familiarity with tools for project management, analytics, and marketing automation
