Project Manager - Medical Devices

Project Management/Product Life Cycle Management of medical device products with agreed scope/budget/schedule with high quality deliverables.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by ensuring timely & high-quality deliveries.
* Project/Program Management: Manages all phases of the project from definition through clinical evaluation and/or launch. Responsible for establishing team operational goals, developing timeline/schedule to achieve operational goals, and operating budget required to achieve goals. Responsible for establishing prioritization of tasks across project, workstreams, and owners.
* Product/Technology Management: Successfully manage the challenges of technology development, new therapy development and the challenges that arise from pioneering new medical therapies.
* Networking: Establishes strong relationships with other functions in the cross-functional team across the globe (R&D, DA, PD, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Quality, etc.).
* Communications and Reviews: Responsible for team and cross-functional communications; liaison between the team and senior leadership; leads phase and business reviews, project core team meetings, and other key program communications.
* Budget Management: Manages project budget and resources accurately and responsibly; facilitates budget and resource estimates as required.

PMP Certification
Project Management in Medical Devices

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or Project Management. 10+ years of hands-on experience in leading medical devices / products development / maintenance. 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
* PMP certification.
* Candidate to be comfortable in front of all levels of the organization as well as external customers.
* Candidate to have strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships within project teams.
* Experience working with Software/Systems/SUD technology within the medical device industry.
* Software project management experience preferred.
* Knowledge and understanding of latest SW & Cybersecurity external standards.
