In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.





Your role and responsibilities

As a Project Manager in Application Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, ensuring smooth operations and incident management. You will lead the transition from build to run and operate phases, driving productivity improvements through automation and new technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Manage Implementation of Security Frameworks: Oversee the build and support of middleware components, reviewing and implementing monitoring requirements to ensure seamless operations. * Lead Transition and Operations: Manage the transition from build to run and operate phases, ensuring smooth operations and incident management, and providing strong leadership in incident, problem, and change management. * Track Project Scope and Progress: Determine and track scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies relating to projects, creating a governance to report progress. * Foster Stakeholder Relationships: Proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value and engage team members as needed. * Drive Productivity Improvements: Constantly seek areas for implementing automation and new technologies to bring in productivity improvements.
