Job Title: Project Manager Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities: • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. • Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed. • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. • Use/Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • Report and escalate issues to management as needed. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Claim management. • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Prepare and present project reviews to management & customers. • Visit customer / sites for meetings and project related activities. • Support in invoicing, collection. Qualifications: • B.E/B. Tech • Project Management Professional (PMP) or IPMA certification is a plus. • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SCADA Industry. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project). • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Understanding of project management methodologies. Preferred Skills: • Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking. • Change management. • Cross-functional collaboration.
