Job Description

Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate project resources, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align objectives and deliverables. Monitor project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators, identifying deviations proactively. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and effective delivery. Communicate project status, updates, and risks clearly to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved on time and meet quality standards. Lead project team meetings, facilitate collaboration, and resolve conflicts to maintain team efficiency. Evaluate project results, performance, and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project team members for skill development and productivity.
