As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves managing and overseeing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities within a globally distributed delivery framework, ensuring smooth execution from initiation through completion. The practitioner actively engages with multiple stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and maintain alignment with project goals, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams and time zones.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to support project transparency and decision-making.
- Assist in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Atlassian JIRA workflows to suit project requirements.
- Ability to generate and analyze reports within Atlassian JIRA to track project progress and performance.
- Familiarity with integrating Atlassian JIRA with other project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a dynamic project environment.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration among distributed teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
