Product Owner

What PO will Do:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear product requirements and success metrics.
  
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure features are intuitive and user-friendly.
  
• Partner with engineering teams to plan sprints, refine user stories, and remove blockers.
  
• Conduct regular user feedback sessions to validate ideas and refine features.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
  

What PO will Bring:

• 8-10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment.
  
• Strong experience in Digital Fractional Sukuk domain with focus on Retail investors
  
• Good understanding on customer journeys
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira,).
  
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  
• Excellent communication skills to align diverse stakeholders.
  
• Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting product metrics and user behavior.
  
• A passion for building products that solve real problems and create meaningful impact.
