Project Role : Product Owner
Project Role Description : Drives the vision for the product by being the voice of the customer, following a human-centered design approach. Shapes and manages the product roadmap and product backlog and ensures the product team consistently deliver on the clients needs and wants. Validates and tests ideas through recurrent feedback loops to ensure knowledge discovery informs timely direction changes.

As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding and representing the customer's perspective. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through product management processes.
- Drive prioritization decisions to balance business value, technical feasibility, and customer satisfaction.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and managing business requirements to support product development.
- Experience in collaborating with diverse teams to translate customer needs into actionable product features.
- Ability to conduct validation and testing of product ideas through structured feedback mechanisms.
- Competence in managing product backlogs and roadmaps to ensure timely delivery of client expectations.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
