Job Description

  • Product Analysis & Insights



  • Analyze product usage, workflow behavior, support tickets, and customer feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Build structured insights on feature adoption, configuration patterns, and failure points
  • Support data-driven prioritization and decision-making
  • Workflow & Product Understanding



  • Develop a deep understanding of workflow-driven and configuration-heavy product systems
  • Map user journeys, identify friction points, and recommend improvements to simplify workflow creation and execution
  • Understand system dependencies, edge cases, and fallback mechanisms
  • Product Management & Requirement Definition



  • Work closely with Product Managers to define problems and shape solutions
  • Create clear and detailed PRDs, functional specifications, and product documentation
  • Contribute to defining success metrics and evaluating post-release impact
  • Cross-functional Execution



  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and customer-facing teams to drive feature execution
  • Ensure clarity of requirements and alignment during development and release cycles
  • Support issue resolution and iteration post-launch
  • Customer & Stakeholder Collaboration



  • Partner with Support, Managed Services, and Implementation teams to understand customer pain points
  • Convert recurring issues and escalations into actionable product improvements
  • Communicate product behavior and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Documentation & Enablement



  • Identify and address documentation gaps
  • Contribute to internal and external documentation, best practices, and product guides
  • Improve product understanding and reduce avoidable support dependencies
  • What Makes You Qualified



  • 1–2 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within a SaaS company
  • Strong understanding of product management fundamentals (problem definition, prioritization, requirements, and execution)
  • Good understanding of workflow-based or configuration-driven systems
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
