Procurement Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end procurement for heat pumps, HVAC, and sustainability solution components.

1. Review technical specifications and coordinate with engineering for accurate BoM finalization.

   
   

2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors for critical equipment and systems.

   
   

3. Float RFQs, analyze techno-commercial bids, and lead price negotiations.

   
   

4. Ensure timely release of Purchase Orders aligned with project schedules.

   
   

5. Track supplier progress and expedite long-lead and critical items.

   
   

6. Coordinate logistics, including imports, customs clearance, and site delivery.

   
   

7. Ensure quality compliance through inspections, FAT, and adherence to standards.

   
   

8. Mitigate procurement risks related to supply chain disruptions and cost fluctuations.

   
   

9. Maintain documentation, reporting, and vendor performance evaluation for continuous improvement.

   
   

Educational qualification:

B.E (Mechanical Engineering) or relavent Degree

Experience :

3 -7 years
