You’ll make a difference by: To undertake financial & credit analysis of legal entities and conduct required due diligence to assign a credit rating within internally defined parameters in order to segregate the quality of receivables of our customers in the company's portfolio. To maintain updated Credit Rating of all customers. This is an important decision-making criterion for the businesses while determining our Company's appetite on the counterparty risk and assist with determining profit margins to be charged. To ensure quality of portfolio is critical parameters in defining the Credit Rating of our company by external/ independent rating agencies. The function of the role is to ensure implementation and administration of the credit guidelines (local - Siemens Ltd as well as global - Siemens AG) across all the Siemens group entities in India (like Siemens Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., C&S Electric Ltd. etc.) Research and Risk assessment of the customer & limit setting in system. Monthly report to management. Continuous update on industry to update benchmark in credit assessment model. Constant review of credit assessment model and keeping the methods and model aligned with global guidance from SFS. Ensure alignment of all Siemens business processes to Credit Guidelines. Your success is grounded in: Financial modeling and research analysis, Data handling abilities. Knowledge of market practices in financial analysis. Strong Analytical and communication skills. Role requires interaction directly with India & Global Finance Leadership. Excellent Report writing and Presentation skills. Background of Accounting and/or Finance - MBA(Finance) or equivalent /CA (completed or in process). Relevant work experience of 2 - 4 years in credit risk assessment, risk management, corporate finance, financial advisory etc. Any additional certification on financial analysis will be appreciated but not mandatory.
