You’ll make a difference by: Send the Purchase Orders (PO) to the suppliers and drive PO acceptance and the delivery confirmation process. Work with the supply base and internal stakeholders to resolve issues impacting the PO confirmation process. Ensure a continuous supply of required materials and communicate delays in PO confirmation to the management. Take ownership of delivery dates in ERP and maintain system accuracy. Partner with Materials Program Managers, Project Managers, and Strategic Procurement to identify and resolve issues impacting Purchase Order delivery confirmations. Proactively escalate Purchase Orders where delivery dates are at risk to the management. Provide various reports and metrics to monitor aging Purchase Orders. Ensure compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures. Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. Analyze and interpret KPIs to identify areas for improvement and action plans. Your success is grounded 2years-3 years of experience in procurement / SCM in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in related discipline - business, commercial, manufacturing, or engineering degree. Minimum one year of experience in SAP. Flexible to work in Night Shift Proficient MS Excel skills. Well versed with other MS Office products (Word, PP & Outlook). Experience in an engineer-to-order manufacturing environment.
