Timely delivery of DHL packages around the globe with amazing customer experience, is in the core of what we do.As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing enterprise-grade, scalable, secure, and high‑availability multi‑cloud Salesforce solutions that power our digital transformation journey.

You will lead the architecture for complex integrations, define data strategy, and establish the architectural guardrails that guide our global Salesforce landscape. When technical challenges arise — performance bottlenecks, complex integration issues, or scalability constraints — your expertise will fuel collaborative troubleshooting with cross‑functional engineering, security, and cloud team.

Your role will also involve setting DevOps best practices, governing CI/CD pipelines, and defining engineering standards that ensure reliable and consistent delivery. As we expand into AI and automation, you will help build the roadmap leveraging Copilot, Einstein AI, Agentforce, and responsible AI governance models.

Last but not least, your leadership will shape the technical direction of the team — mentoring technical leads, guiding developers, reviewing designs, managing technical debt, and ensuring alignment between business priorities and IT strategy.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, having hands-on experience in a multi-cloud environment is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of DevOps and legacy tech transformations will also be an integral part of this role.
You are a Design aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of Data Modelling and integration patterns. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
