Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons using play-based and experiential learning methodologies Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom environment that promotes curiosity and participation Develop and implement activities that support early learning skills such as language, numeracy, motor skills, and social interaction Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and school management Maintain classroom discipline with a caring and positive approach Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and visual resources to enhance classroom engagement Ensure the emotional well-being and safety of children at all times Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain consistency in teaching practices and curriculum delivery Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and classroom activities What Makes You a Great Fit Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-primary or early childhood education Strong passion for teaching and working with young children Good understanding of child development principles and preschool teaching methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and interactive learning activities Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude toward children Ability to manage a classroom effectively while maintaining a positive and encouraging environment Basic proficiency in English and regional language communication Relevant educational background in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
