An Ideal Candidate:

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP/MRP systems, and supply chain management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret production data and implement process improvements.
• Communication: Effective coordination across departments (procurement, logistics, quality, manufacturing).
• Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making to address production delays or resource shortages.
• Education: Typically requires a Diploma/bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years in production planning or manufacturing operations is often preferred.

Key Tools :ERP/MRP systems, Excel, SAP

Key Competencies:

• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity.
• Resource Coordination: Work closely with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, tools, and manpower.
• Monitoring & Adjustments: Track production progress daily, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Data Analysis: Analyse production data to identify inefficiencies, reduce downtime, and improve throughput.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to resolve production issues quickly and maintain standards.
• Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels to avoid shortages or excess, ensuring lean operations.
