Power Platform Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and supporting business applications and automation solutions, integrating with SharePoint, APIs, and ServiceNow, and providing technical consulting on the Power Platform. Primary/Mandatory Skills:
4+ years of experience in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
3+ years of experience in Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows)
2+ years of experience with Dataverse, Power Pages, and AI Hub database
1+ years of experience in Copilot Studio
1+ years of experience in Approval Flows development
1+ years of experience in SharePoint development and integration
1+ years of experience in API development and integration
2+ years of experience in software programming (any language)
2+ years of experience in technical consulting on Power Platform
1+ years of experience providing support using ServiceNow

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Build and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop Flows)
Develop, configure, and manage Dataverse environments, Power Pages, and AI Hub database solutions
Create, configure, and optimize Approval Flows and integrate with SharePoint and external APIs
Develop custom connectors, plugins, and reusable components to enhance Power Platform capabilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide technical consulting, support, and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions, including ServiceNow integration
Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features, best practices, and industry trends
Document development processes, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures
Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained across all solutions
