Role Overview Interpath is seeking a skilled data analyst and Power BI developer to join our team and support internal business intelligence initiatives.
In this role, you will transform large, complex datasets into presentable dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
You will work closely with various stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them.
Responsibilities: Create intuitive, high-impact Power BI dashboards and reports that translate complex datasets into actionable business insights Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes Write and optimize DAX to create complex calculations and measures Partner with business units to capture requirements, translate business questions into technical specifications, and deliver data-driven solutions Ensure the accuracy, reliability and security of data presented in enterprise-level dashboards Facilitate training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users to navigate reports and adopt a self-service data culture Manage the Power BI Service environment (workspaces, gateways, and refresh schedules) and troubleshoot connectivity or performance issues Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices At Interpath, our people lie at the heart of our business.

Essential Requirements: 5+ years of experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree in a related field Proficiency in Power BI and other data visualisation tools Experience with SQL, DAX, and other data languages Strong understanding of data analysis, modelling and visualisation principles Develop best practices and standards for BI processes and documentation Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team Desirable Criteria: Experience managing and deploying resources within Microsoft Azure Proficiency in Python Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric and Microsoft Power Platform Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics Experience within a consulting or professional services environment Values Our four core values are the cornerstones of culture at Interpath and steer everything from everyday decisions to larger strategic initiatives.
