Position: PMO Professional Location: Navi Mumbai, India Reporting To: PMO Head We are seeking a PMO Professional to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in planning, coordination, monitoring, and process governance across EPC projects. This role will primarily support project schedule preparation, project reviews, coordination, documentation, and process improvement initiatives, ensuring consistency and discipline in project planning and control practices. This role is suited for a mid-level project controls / PMO professional with hands-on experience in project scheduling using MS Project, structured project review management, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination with project, procurement, and engineering teams. The PMO Professional will work closely with the PMO Head and Project Managers to strengthen planning rigor, monitoring mechanisms, and internal project management processes. The PMO Professional will be responsible for supporting objectives related to project planning, schedule governance, review effectiveness, process standardization, and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities & Tasks • Support preparation, updating, and maintenance of project schedules using MS Project in coordination with Project Managers and Planning teams. • Assist in baseline schedule preparation, progress updates, milestone tracking, and schedule variance analysis. • Schedule and coordinate project review meetings including weekly, monthly, and management reviews. • Capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) during project reviews, circulate action items, and track closures with stakeholders. • Maintain project review trackers covering actions, risks, issues, and commitments. • Support project planning, controlling, and monitoring activities in line with defined PMO frameworks and processes. • Assist Project Managers and procurement teams in tracking procurement planning, material delivery schedules, and key vendor milestones. • Work on process improvement initiatives related to project planning, scheduling, reporting, and controls. • Prepare, update, and maintain internal PMO process documents, guidelines, and circulars. • Support standardization of templates related to schedules, reports, review formats, and tracking tools. • Ensure compliance with established PMO processes and support audits or internal reviews as required. Ideal Candidate Profile Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Project Management / Management or equivalent Experience & Competencies • 8-10 years of experience in PMO, project planning, or project controls roles within EPC or infrastructure projects. • Strong hands-on experience in MS Project for schedule development and tracking. • Exposure to structured project review management, MoM preparation, and action tracking. • Working knowledge of project planning, monitoring, and controlling principles. • Experience coordinating with project, procurement, engineering, and commercial teams. • Ability to support process documentation, standard operating procedures, and internal circulars. • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills. • Good communication and stakeholder coordination capabilities. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for reporting and documentation.
