Lead and participate in Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization projects.
* Analyze business requirements and translate them into Teamcenter configurations and technical solutions.
* Configure Teamcenter modules, workflows, and lifecycles as per business needs.
* Develop and customize ITK, RAC, AWC and BMIDE solutions.
* Proficiency in C, C++, Java, JavaScript, XML, and SOA for Teamcenter development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless PLM solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application issues in a timely manner.
* Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

* Experience leading technical teams or workstreams
* Prior involvement in large and complex PLM transformation programs
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
