About the Job

• Cloud Platform Analyst is responsible for 24/7 availability of Levi's Enterprise Platform Services

  
  

• Address, investigate, and fix production alerts at levels L2 and L3

  
  

• Initiate the Incident Response process for cloud service interruptions

  
  

• Conduct trend analysis using Power BI and AI to mitigate potential incidents

  
  

• Support cloud deployments, updates, maintenance, and assist with security vulnerabilities and remediation

  
  

• Oversee the management of the enterprise server fleet

  
  

• Design infrastructure and related services with redundancy to ensure that all technical operating resources are available as expected under SLO and SLA requirements

  
  

• Manage platform lifecycles, plan technical refreshes and capacity upgrades, and support software product updates

  
  

• Develop and implement metrics to systematically monitor the health and use of cloud platform resources across the organisation

  
  

• Use FinOps reports to analyse cost and usage across cloud environments and implement tagging strategies to allocate expenses accurately to respective departments

  
  

About You

Required: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field

Technical Certifications preferred: Azure or GCP Public Cloud Certification(s)

Years and Type of Experience Required:

• The preferred applicant will have ~3 years of experience working with Azure or GCP

  
  

• Demonstrated proficiency with at least two of the following toolsets: Ansible, Terraform, Artifactory, GitHub, PowerShell, Python, or GitHub CoPilot

  
  

• Familiarity with troubleshooting network issues and working with cloud network services like load balancers

  
  

• Demonstrated proficiency in using automation tools or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to administer public cloud infrastructure.

  
  

• Demonstrated expertise in partnering with business process partners and functional unit leaders

  
  

• Experience with how to query and arrange data

  
  

• Excellent written and spoken English skills

  
  

Skills Required:

• Present recommendations, reports, spreadsheets, operating models, and workflows to leadership at all levels.

  
  

• Leverage metrics and statistics to make data-driven technical decisions

  
  

• Fundamental knowledge of managing hybrid cloud environments, private and public clouds.

  
  

• Knowledge of DevOps product tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Terraform. Comparable tool knowledge is acceptable.

  
  

• Experience working in environments with SDLC, Agile, ITIL

  
  

• Must have a working knowledge of Linux or Windows Operating Systems

  
  

Complexity and Accountability:

• Experience with Excel Pivot tables and spreadsheets required; PowerBI

  
  

• Business professional who communicates with nontechnical stakeholders

  
  

• Must be willing to accept advice from other team members and stakeholders

  
  

• Can manage cross function team projects
