PIM Specialist

The PIM Specialist supports the Sartorius Product Information Management (PIM) environment, utilizing the Stibo STEP system for the Lab Products & Services (LPS) Division. This role ensures lab product data is accurate, consistent, and governed according to defined standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and maintain product information, including specifications and descriptions.

  
  

• Enhance and update product data, as well as related activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems and channels.

  
  

• Uphold data standards and support data governance policies.

  
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide and support multiple projects simultaneously.

  
  

• Maintain product data integrity and perform data cleansing activities.

  
  

Skills and Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience managing and maintaining data a complex system; PIM experience not required, but a plus.

  
  

• Incredibly detail-oriented with a strong focus on precise data accuracy and quality.

  
  

• Self-organized and able to work autonomously.

  
  

• Strong sense of diplomacy while guiding and support cross-functional stakeholders.

  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
