Strategic Media Relations & Publicity Develop and execute integrated PR strategies for entertainment clients across films, OTT platforms, talent, music, events, and brand collaborations. Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment, lifestyle, business, and trade media. Identify proactive storytelling opportunities to drive positive visibility and share of voice. Lead media outreach for announcements, launches, premieres, interviews, reviews, and special features. Manage media interactions and ensure seamless execution of publicity plans. 2. Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships. Understand client objectives and translate them into effective communication strategies. Provide strategic counsel on media opportunities, reputation management, and industry trends. Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects. Ensure high-quality execution and consistent client satisfaction. 3. Campaign Planning & Execution Conceptualize and execute high-impact PR campaigns around content launches, talent announcements, partnerships, events, and cultural moments. Collaborate with internal teams including digital, influencer marketing, creative, and content to deliver integrated campaigns. Develop campaign calendars, media plans, messaging frameworks, and publicity roadmaps. Track campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization. Identify innovative and culturally relevant opportunities to amplify campaigns. 4. Talent & Event Publicity Management Manage publicity for celebrities, creators, artists, and key spokespersons. Coordinate interviews, media junkets, press conferences, red-carpet appearances, and promotional events. Prepare briefing documents, key messaging, FAQs, and media training materials where required. Handle media logistics and ensure smooth execution of all talent-facing opportunities. Support crisis communication and issue management when necessary. 5. Team Leadership & Operational Excellence Mentor and guide junior team members on media relations, client management, and campaign execution. Review press materials, pitches, reports, and client deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy. Drive process efficiency and maintain adherence to timelines. Monitor media coverage, industry developments, and competitor activity. Contribute to new business opportunities through research, strategy development, and pitch support. Responsibilities What you will need: Experience 3-4 years of experience in Public Relations, with significant exposure to entertainment, media, OTT, films, music, talent, or lifestyle brands. Agency experience preferred. Demonstrated experience managing multiple entertainment accounts and campaigns. Skills Strong media relationships across entertainment, lifestyle, and trade publications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR campaigns. Strong client servicing and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience handling talent publicity and high-visibility events. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational and project management skills.
