Overview Top 5 things you will do in your role: Client Servicing: Managing client expectations and maintaining a healthy working relationship with them. Community Management: Social media community management for various properties like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. for our clients including posting & scheduling content, managing queries, creating conversations, mapping influencers, and more. Content Writing: Creating content for our clients for social media, websites, blogs, and more. Account Operations: Ensuring smooth functioning of the account internally to help meet all deliverables including coordination with design teams, media teams, managers, and other important stakeholders involved. Planning: Help plan on the account when it comes to campaigns and engagements, quarterly planning, annual planning closely with the managers on the account. Responsibilities Top 5 Thing you need to have for this role: Writing skills: Impeccable writing skills not just limited to good technical writing but with a creative bent of mind to come up with ideas for videos, campaigns, and more. Communication skills: Comfort and confidence to deal with internal and external stakeholders Time management: Ability to juggle between multiple tasks on multiple accounts ensuring timely deliverables on all Domain knowledge: Have ample knowledge and interest in the digital domain we are working in to suggest best practices to clients and team members alike Attitude: Have an open attitude to work with people from different walks of life and a willingness to learn and use those learnings in your everyday work
