About the location:
Basic Function:
People & Culture Executive will be in-charge of Recruitment and manage statutory compliances, benefitprogramsand general administration.
Role and Responsibilities:
Design, execute andmaintainthe recruitment process for the hotel andtakesproper actions to close the gaps. Acts as a single point of contact for managersregardingrecruitment needs. Conducts job interviews up to supervisory level positions.
Choose theoptimumrecruitment channel and recruitment source;explorethe market best practices in the recruitment and implementappropriate bestpractices in the Hotel.
Build qualityrelationshipwith the local hotel schools andcome up withinnovative andcost effectivewayof hiring talented employees. PlanAnnualRecruitment Calendar for the hotel.
Set the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Assistin the enrollment of employees, monthly submission of challans, transfer & withdrawal process, claimsetcfor all the statutory requirements of the hotel.Be the custodian to identify and mitigate possible HR compliance risks.
Inspect and audit all records to guarantee that awards and legislative compliance areobserved. Ensure that any of the organization’s benefit programs such as bonuses,pensionsor medical care are handled effectively and efficiently.
Organize andmaintainlegally compliant records as applicable under but not limited to Shops & Establishment Act, Employee Provident Fund Act, Employee State Insurance Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act etc. including all monthly, quarterly,semi-annualand annual reports.
Completes workday processes & tasks;maintainsand updates all computer records.
Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personalinformationand medical files.
Comply withFourSeasons’Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct asset forth inEmPact(Employee Handbook).
Maintains a clean,neatand organized work area andassistswith regular check for cleanliness in Lockers, Relaxation Lounge, Training Rooms,and HRstore room& employee restaurant.
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers andmanagers.
Maintain and update bulletin boards inservicearea for sharing company information with all staff.
Complete all payroll records for proper signature.
Assistwith planning and execution of all employee relations events.
Develop andmaintainthe job posting system internally and on the Four Seasons career watch and local website.
Submitaccuratecount of employee additions and deletions with back up for Insurance provideron a monthly basisand provide support to annual budget processregardingall benefit plans.
Assistwith overall management and organization of company provided accommodations for eligible employees.
Track andmaintainthe Visa application/renewals for any Expatriate employees working in the hotel & residences.
Skills and Abilities:
PossessesaCollegeDegree. Technical education in Hospitality preferred. Hotel operational experience is an added advantage.
1-2 years of Recruitment experience & thorough understanding ofMumbaiShops & Establishment Act, PF, ESIC, PT, LWFand MinimumWagesetcisrequired.
Must be apeople’s personwith strong interpersonal skills and is at ease with people from variedbackgroundandstature. Naturally connects with people and takes pride in serving employees.
Possesses good English,Math’sand Psychometric abilities.
Requires ability tooperatecomputer equipment and is proficient in MS- Officepackage.
Ability to read and speak and write English.
