In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HANA SCM PP, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing based Production Planning (PP) solutions for clients. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP will enable you to help clients optimize their production planning operations, improve manufacturing efficiency, and reduce costs. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA PP solutions to meet client business requirements, utilizing your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP tools to optimize production planning operations. * Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement them using SAP S/4HANA PP. * Deliver Client-Facing Solutions: Apply your expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and drive business value. * Configure SAP S/4HANA PP Tools: Configure SAP S/4HANA PP tools to support client production planning operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance. * Optimize Production Planning: Utilize SAP S/4HANA PP to analyze and optimize production planning processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PP: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PP tools and their application in production planning operations, including configuration and implementation. * Experience working with Production Planning: Understanding of production planning processes and how SAP S/4HANA PP can be used to optimize them, including analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing: Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and its integration with SAP S/4HANA PP, including configuration and implementation. * Understanding of Business Requirements: Ability to understand client business needs and design tailored solutions using SAP S/4HANA PP. * Experience with SAP S/4HANA PP Configuration: Familiarity with configuring SAP S/4HANA PP tools to support client production planning operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* SAP S/4HANA Integration: Exposure to integrating SAP S/4HANA PP with other SAP modules, such as SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing, to provide comprehensive solutions for clients. * Advanced Production Planning: Experience working with advanced production planning concepts, including capacity planning, material requirements planning, and production scheduling, to optimize production planning operations. * Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific production planning processes and challenges, enabling tailored solutions to meet client business needs.
