In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SAP HANA EPM, you will implement and configure SAP HANA solutions for clients, serving as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to analyze business requirements, design and configure solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Implement SAP HANA Solutions: Design, configure, and implement SAP HANA BPC, Embedded BPC, SAP HANA GR, and SAP HANA SAC for Planning solutions that meet client needs, focusing on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. * Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement solutions, leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies, to achieve client expectations. * Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to design and configure solutions that effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. * Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation. * Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to ensure successful project delivery.

Required technical and professional expertise

* SAP HANA Solution Implementation: Exposure to implementing and configuring SAP HANA BPC, Embedded BPC, SAP HANA GR, and SAP HANA SAC for Planning solutions, with a focus on simplicity, amplification, and maintainability. * Business Requirement Analysis: Experience working with business requirements to design and configure solutions that effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. * Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Exposure to utilizing business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to ensure successful project delivery. * Packaged Technology Solution Integration: Experience working with the latest technologies to develop and implement solutions that achieve client expectations. * SAP HANA System Understanding: Deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the SAP HANA system, including its capabilities and limitations.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Latest Technologies Knowledge: Exposure to working with the latest technologies to develop and implement solutions that achieve client expectations, leveraging knowledge of the area to deliver comprehensive solutions. * Industry Knowledge Application: Experience working with business and industry knowledge to ensure successful project delivery, utilizing techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions. * SAP HANA Capabilities Understanding: Deep understanding of the SAP HANA system's capabilities and limitations, with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP HANA solutions for clients.
