In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant for Oracle SCM Cloud, you will specialize in implementing and supporting the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management suite. You will leverage consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to successfully integrate the Oracle SCM Cloud into the client's business environment, driving desired business outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Implement Oracle SCM Cloud Solutions: Design and implement Oracle SCM Cloud solutions that meet clients' business needs, including modules such as Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, and Order Management Cloud. * Integrate with Client Business Environment: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and integrate Oracle SCM Cloud solutions into their existing business environment. * Drive Desired Business Outcomes: Work with clients to identify and achieve desired business outcomes through the successful implementation and adoption of Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. * Provide Solution Expertise: Provide expertise on Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment. * Support Client Adoption: Support clients in adopting and utilizing Oracle SCM Cloud solutions to drive business value.

Required technical and professional expertise

* Oracle SCM Cloud Implementation Experience: Experience with implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management suite, including modules such as Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, and Order Management Cloud. * Consulting Skills: Experience in leveraging consulting skills to successfully integrate packaged solutions into clients' business environments, driving desired business outcomes. * Packaged Solution Expertise: Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud solutions, including configuration, testing, and deployment. * Business Knowledge: Experience in understanding business requirements and integrating Oracle SCM Cloud solutions into existing business environments. * Supply Chain Management: Experience in supply chain management processes, including procurement, inventory management, order management, and logistics.

Preferred technical and professional experience

* Supply Chain Operations Knowledge: Experience with supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and order management, is beneficial for this role. Understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices can help in designing and implementing effective Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. * Industry-Specific Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific supply chain management challenges and trends can be advantageous in providing tailored solutions to clients. This knowledge can help in identifying and addressing unique business needs and driving desired outcomes. * Oracle Cloud Suite Familiarity: Exposure to other Oracle Cloud suites, such as Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle HCM Cloud, can be helpful in integrating Oracle SCM Cloud solutions with existing systems and providing a comprehensive solution to clients.
