In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Package Consultant - Commerce Transformation, you will implement and configure packaged commerce solutions that enable organizations to modernize their digital sales channels and deliver seamless customer experiences. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, working closely with stakeholders to assess requirements and deploy enterprise-grade commerce platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Configure Platform Modules: Configure product catalogs, pricing engines, promotions, checkout flows, and customer account management to meet complex business needs and align with omnichannel strategies. * Support Solution Delivery: Ensure packaged solutions are scalable for growth, optimized for performance and agility, and successfully adopted by clients through data migration, testing, training, and post-implementation optimization. * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with stakeholders to assess requirements, integrate commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems, and tailor solutions to meet business needs. * Deliver Seamless Customer Experiences: Implement solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences across touchpoints, enabling organizations to modernize their digital sales channels and streamline operations.
* Exposure to Commerce Platforms: Experience working with enterprise-grade, cloud-based commerce platforms, including configuring product catalogs, pricing engines, and promotions. * Understanding of Omnichannel Strategies: Familiarity with aligning commerce solutions with omnichannel strategies to deliver seamless customer experiences across touchpoints. * Experience with Data Migration: Exposure to data migration processes, including testing, training, and post-implementation optimization to ensure successful adoption. * Knowledge of Enterprise Ecosystems: Understanding of integrating commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems to meet complex business needs. * Familiarity with Solution Delivery: Experience working on solution delivery projects, ensuring packaged solutions are scalable for growth and optimized for performance and agility.
* Cloud-Based Commerce Exposure: Experience working with cloud-based technologies and understanding of their application in commerce platforms is beneficial. * Enterprise Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with integrating commerce systems with broader enterprise ecosystems, including CRM and ERP systems, is advantageous. * Data Analysis Skills: Exposure to data analysis and interpretation to inform commerce solution delivery and optimization is desirable.
