Your new role – challenging and future-oriented We are seeking a dynamic professional for P&O IT systems implementation and management. The incumbent will support effective alignment and delivery of People and Organization (P&O) IT solutions at the country level by working closely with P&O teams, IT partners, and country stakeholders. The role contributes to gathering requirements, supporting roadmap execution, assisting with the rollout of global P&O‑IT initiatives, and ensuring compliance with standards, while helping maintain clear communication between global and local teams. The role reports directly to the Head, Compensation and Benefits of Siemens Energy India Limited and is based in Gurugram, Haryana. How You’ll Make an Impact Business Requirements and Demand Alignment • Partner with local P&O and IT teams to support identification, analysis, and prioritization of country level P&O IT requirements. • Translate business needs into well defined functional requirements to support solution design and delivery discussions. • Contribute to aligning country requirements with the global P&O IT portfolio, highlighting dependencies and opportunities for reuse. • Implementation and Customization of P&O IT Solutions • Support assessment of short and medium term P&O IT needs and reflect changes in roadmaps based on evolving business requirements. • Coordinate local rollout activities for global P&O IT systems, including readiness, testing, and adoption planning. • Monitor implementation progress against agreed milestones and prepare structured updates for stakeholders. • Support analysis of implementation risks and issues, propose mitigation actions, and escalate where appropriate. • Provide hands on support across end to end deployment and stabilization of P&O IT solutions. • Stakeholder Engagement and Interface Management • Leverage awareness of P&O IT tools and market offerings to support informed discussions and recommendations. • Facilitate effective, structured communication between global P&O ECO DIG teams and local P&O stakeholders. • Consolidate local feedback, insights, and improvement opportunities to inform global P&O IT enhancements. • Governance, Standards, and Continuous Improvement • Support configuration, optimization, and enhancement of P&O IT applications within defined governance frameworks. • Support adherence to global P&O IT policies, data protection, security, and regulatory requirements at the local level. What you bring: • Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. • 8-10 years of experience in P&O or P&O -IT, ideally within a global organization. • Knowledge of P&O processes and IT systems (e.g., HRIS, Talent Management Systems, Payroll Systems). • Experience in IT portfolio and project management. • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements related to P&O -IT systems (e.g., GDPR). • Strong communication and facilitation skills to connect P&O and IT stakeholders • Analytical and strategic thinking with a focus on P&O process optimization through IT • Ability to translate complex technical solutions into P&O-relevant concepts and vice versa. • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, self-driven and results-oriented work style
