What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be responsible to handle US customer queries for contract and billing related queries via SNOW and voice calls. Order to Cash is the complete process from receiving a customer call & SNOW tickets for contract & Billing related queries and resolution the same by gathering information and details by collaborating with billing, sales and other teams.
Effectively managing customer queries, good communication skill, ability to comprehend queries and provide resolution with expertise to collaborate and gather information from across the teams.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems
