You Will Be Part of Growing Team


CSCI (Customer Support Corteva India) is a Global team tasked with supporting Customer Support processing requests across various regions.


Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to business across from various regions.


The role will be performed within the frame of Corteva’ s Brand values:


Job responsibilities


  • Expertise in SAP Order Management Transactions & Documentation
  • Understands the Sales order to cash process as well as the systems and processes that support it.
  • Process standard and some complex sales orders require deep process and system knowledge, escalate issues as required.
  • Experience in imports and exports process will be added advantage.
  • Develops expertise to undertake transactional process steps in assigned process specialist roles.
  • Help facilitate, analyse and resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues.
  • Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our customers
  • Process customer order with a sense of urgency, positivity and empathy while taking accountability for the transactions.
  • Participates in team development activities including on the job trainings.
  • Supports implementation of continuous improvement projects.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Commerce)
  • 5-7 years of work experience in Domestic & International Order Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Good Commercial & SAP knowledge in OTC module
  • MS Skills
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, consumers and co-workers in a diverse culture.
  • Strong desire and passion to help people
  • Accuracy & Speed
