An Ideal Candidate:

·Requires minimum of 1 year of Loan Servicing, Lease Servicing, Payments Processing, Treasury Operations, Tax filing (Anyone minimum) experience is required. 

·Experience in handling customer calls related to settlements/Collections.

·Should be able to make Vendor calls and consolidate information.

·Graduation in any discipline. 

·Candidates should have a good knowledge of one or more areas mentioned below.

oLoan and Lease Lifecycle.

oCollections, Vendor communications

· Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.

·Must have consistently high-quality scores and excellent customer service knowledge. 

·Working knowledge of software such as MS Office products, and various system tools preferred.

·Must be capable of handling diverse duties and changing deadlines.

·Experience in working with the following systems like FDR, Nice CXone, CoreCard, FirstTrack, NLS, TSYS, LeasePak Cloud will be an added advantage.

·Candidates should be open to flexible night shift schedules and demonstrate proficiency in semi-voice communication tasks.
