Your role includes managing delivery processes, addressing any issues that arise in the production environment, and coordinating with various teams to maintain system reliability and performance. This position requires a proactive approach to support and optimize operational workflows, ensuring that services remain uninterrupted and efficient throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Document operational procedures and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting production systems.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to automate routine operational tasks using scripting and programming techniques.
- Good understanding of service level agreements and operational best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
