In the Reconciliation Operation team at Saxo, you would be responsible for managing daily Trade and Cash breaks Reconciliation across all products like Mutual Funds, Equity and Bonds. Our reconciliation team ensures that all breaks are reconciled/Investigated and highlighted to concern department within the same day. You will support and liaise with your colleagues, Middle office, Settlement, Stock Transfer and CA teams.

Responsibilities

• Daily Investigation and allocation of breaks for Equity, Bonds and Mutual funds trades.

  
  

• To ensure all breaks are investigated and allocated on the same day within SLA. Walkthrough business on the new products and changes

  
  

• To identify and escalate if there is any risk associated with the break. Participate in variousprojects for system enhancements

  
  

• Up to 2 year working experience in Cash and Position Reconciliation. Drive continual improvement of the Reconciliation process

  
  

• To be able to work independently after appropriate training has been provided. Ensure all changes are delivered and accepted by operations

  
  

• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve reconciliation issues.

• Minimum experience required up to 2 years in Investment bank and capital market Operation.

  
  

• Must have Good communication both verbal and written

  
  

• It will be an advantage if you have knowledge or hands-on experience within some of the following areas - Stock/Cash Reconciliation, Trade Life Cycle, Corporate Action, Settlement, Microsoft Excel/Word/Power Point.

  
  

• The candidate should have exposure to workflow/business processes as it relates to back and middle office operations/ payments/cash management.

  
  

• Good to have Knowledge of Intellimatch Application.

  
  

• While you have a great attention to detail, you can look at different perspectives, see through complexity and summarize issues clearly. What is important to us, is that you are a team player with a flexible mindset.

  
  

• You have good fundamental knowledge of Capital Market instruments.
