We are looking for job title : OpenShift Platform Expert You’ll create impact by Develop and evolve OpenShift-based container platforms across hybrid architectures, including data centres, EDGE environments, and public cloud. Deliver and operate highly available OpenShift clusters, ensuring security and resilience of critical IT services, even during disaster scenarios. Install, migrate, and configure complex OpenShift environments aligned with corporate standards and integration requirements. Drive automation and self-service capabilities using Ansible, ArgoCD, GitOps, and Sophisticated Cluster Management to improve operational efficiency. Optimise platform performance through tuning, capacity planning, and root cause analysis of complex production issues. Implement platform hardening and compliance practices using SELinux, iptables, and container image security tools. Enable seamless integration with enterprise monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, and Grafana. Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and DevOps teams to resolve incidents and support 24/7 operations and on-call responsibilities. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including Demonstrating 5–9+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in OpenShift and container platforms. Applying several years of experience handling large-scale, high-availability OpenShift and virtualised infrastructures. Using sophisticated Kubernetes and OpenShift knowledge for cluster management, solve, and lifecycle operations. Working with container technologies, CRI-O/Docker, and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and GitOps. Leveraging Linux expertise (RedHat, SUSE) and scripting skills (Shell, Python) in enterprise environments. Applying solid grasp of networking, storage, and security including ODF, Trident, firewall, and routing concepts. Operating in mission-critical environments with 24/7 on-call duty and flexibility to work across global time zones and shifts. Join us and be yourself!
