This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 7-12 LPA) Min Experience: 4+ years Location: Gurgaon, Delhi JobType: full-time Department: IT Infrastructure & Security We are looking for an experienced Network & Security Engineer to manage, configure, and implement network, security, and wireless products across our infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities Configure & manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN solutions Implement and maintain network security policies and access controls Deploy and manage enterprise wireless networks and access points Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records Requirements Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, security, and wireless administration.
Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLANs, QoS.
Hands-on experience with firewall platforms.
Proficiency in VPN technologies: IPSec, SSL VPN, MPLS.
Experience with wireless controllers and enterprise-grade Aps.
\ Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture, network segmentation, and micro-segmentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Educational Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
