We are looking for job title : Network Micro segmentation/NZLM You’ll create impact by Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of micro segmentation and Special Network services across design, transition, operation, and continuous improvement. Deliver secure, stable, and compliant services aligned with Zero Trust principles and organisational cybersecurity strategy. Manage service catalogue, service models, and introduce new use cases, technologies, and service enhancements. Oversee operational performance, ensuring service availability, stability, and accuracy of segmentation policies and configurations. Coordinate incident, problem, and major incident management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact. Drive service optimisation through automation, standardisation, and data-driven continuous service improvement initiatives. Define, monitor, and report SLAs and KPIs, improving service quality and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and business units to align requirements, manage changes, and deliver reliable network services. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including Demonstrating experience in IT Service Management, Network Services, or Security Services within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Applying strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service lifecycle management to drive service excellence. Using solid understanding of enterprise networking and security concepts, including micro segmentation and Zero Trust architectures. Managing service delivery, incident resolution, and operational improvements in enterprise IT environments. Leveraging experience in KPI tracking, service reporting, and continual service improvement practices. Applying knowledge of network technologies such as WAN, LAN, SDLAN, MPLS, and firewall architectures. Operating with awareness of cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, ensuring compliance and audit readiness. Join us and be yourself!
