What you will be doing 

This position is for a pure C#, .Net Microservices: Advanced professional role requiring experience in software development with deep expertise in .NET and microservices architecture.Responsible for designing and delivering highly scalable, cloud-ready distributed systems, mentoring team members, and contributing to architecture and technical decisions.

Knowledge / Experience

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices-based applications using .NET (C#, .NET Core / .NET 8+)
• Build and expose RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Web API, following best practices for API design, versioning, and security
• Develop loosely coupled, distributed systems aligned with microservices architecture patterns
• Implement inter-service communication using REST, messaging (e.g., Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ), and event-driven design
• Apply domain-driven design (DDD), SOLID principles, and design patterns for clean architecture
• Develop data access layers using Entity Framework Core / Dapper and optimize SQL Server queries
• Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, Identity Server)
• Build resilient systems using retry patterns, circuit breakers, and fault tolerance mechanisms
• Work on containerized deployments (Docker) and support orchestration (Kubernetes – preferred)
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault)
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Write unit and integration tests using xUnit/NUnit/MSTest
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and performance optimization
• Prepare technical documentation and support release/deployment activities

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Have experience 6-8 years of IT industry experience
• Strong expertise in C#, . NET 6+, Azure, MS SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, and microservices architecture
• Experience building cloud-native applications on Azure
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns
• Expertise in Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL Server
• Experience with REST APIs, API Gateway patterns, and API security (JWT/OAuth)
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with message brokers and event-driven systems
• Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability (Serilog, App Insights, etc.)
• Good communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
