An Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate is a .NET Developer with experience in developing web applications using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, and SQL Server. The candidate should have a good understanding of database concepts, web services, and application development.

They should be able to work in a team, solve technical issues, and deliver quality solutions. Good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment will be an added advantage.

Key Competencies:

1. Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, and ADO.NET for developing robust web applications.

2. Proven ability to design, develop, and test complex application modules while ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.

3. Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL, with experience working with relational databases, preferably SQL Server.

4. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions, ensuring smooth application performance and reliability.

5. Experience in interpreting and preparing technical documentation, including functional specifications, design documents, and detailed technical requirements.

6. Good understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), UML, and software design patterns for building maintainable systems.

7. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.

8. Familiarity with source control tools and development best practices to maintain code quality and version management.
