Optimize MicroStrategy reports and dashboards for performance and scalability
Troubleshoot report performance issues and resolve data inconsistencies
Tune SQL generated by MicroStrategy in coordination with DBAs

5+ years of experience in MicroStrategy Development
Strong hands-on experience with:
MicroStrategy Desktop & Web
Schema Objects (Attributes, Facts, Hierarchies)
Metrics, Filters, Prompts
Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases
Experience working with enterprise data warehouses
Understanding of BI concepts and dimensional modeling
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills

We are looking for an experienced MicroStrategy Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting MicroStrategy BI solutions. The candidate will work closely with business users, data teams, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, high‑performance dashboards and reports that enable data‑driven decision‑making.
