We're hiring a Media Buyer at Gross Labs.
Gross Labs is a modern family enterprise founded by Nick Gross — building, acquiring, and investing across sports, media, entertainment, education, real estate, hospitality, and consumer ventures.
This role is the performance engine across our portfolio.
You'll own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube — driving acquisition efficiency and measurable growth across our consumer brands, including Gross Labs, Find Your Grind, Brekky Golf, Big Noise Music Group, and new ventures coming to market.
$1500-$2,000 USD/month base salary Monthly performance bonus tied to ROAS, CAC, and portfolio growth targets Education & tooling stipend Flexible remote scheduling Annual performance and compensation review Exposure to a high-growth, multi-brand US enterprise from day one What you'll own: Full-funnel paid media strategy across the portfolio Campaign build, launch, and daily management across all channels Optimization toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel efficiency targets Creative testing cadence and collaboration with brand teams Tracking, attribution, and measurement infrastructure Weekly performance reporting to OpCo leads and the executive team What we're looking for: 4–7+ years managing paid media at scale ($1M+ monthly spend), with deep expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
Direct-to-consumer or multi-brand portfolio experience is essential.
Strong fluency with attribution platforms, MMM, and analytics is a must.
Background in any of the following is a plus: consumer brand growth, music or entertainment marketing, sports and lifestyle audiences, creator and influencer integrations, D2C subscription models, or agency-side multi-brand operations.
