What would you do? The Digital HR (DHR) Lead is responsible for shaping and delivering a digital HR strategy that enables a seamless, data-driven, and future-ready people function.
The role owns the end-to-end HR digital ecosystem—including platforms, data governance, and workforce insights—to enhance employee experience and support strategic decision-making.
Partnering closely with HR, business leaders, and Digital & Technology (D&T), the DHR Lead ensures HR systems, data, and processes are integrated, scalable, and aligned to business priorities. Success is measured through strong HR system performance, data quality and integrity, high adoption, and actionable workforce insights that deliver measurable business value.
What are we looking for? Education Equivalent · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline · Certification in HR Technology, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation is an added advantage
7 - 11 years of industry experience · Experience of working on HCM system(SuccessFactors) · Client / stakeholder engagement in outsourcing environment · Experience in Microsoft Power BI, including data visualization, dashboard creation, and report development, is required
Roles and Responsibilities: •HR Technology Strategy & Governance • Define and prioritize the HR technology roadmap aligned to business outcomes • Oversee selection, implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of HR platforms (e.g. HRIS, HCM, LMS, ATS) • Co-own HR design authority with D&T, governing architecture, integrations, and change • Ensure HR platforms integrate effectively within the enterprise landscape · Data Governance & Stewardship • Establish governance frameworks for HR systems and data aligned to enterprise standards • Define data ownership, standards, and controls to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance • Govern HR data architecture, data quality KPIs, and system performance measures · Digital Enablement & Process Transformation • Drive automation, workflows, and scalable digital enablement across HR • Lead HR process transformation and continuous improvement with HR COEs • Prioritize requirements based on value, feasibility, and strategic fit • Enhance employee and manager experience through intuitive, self-service solutions · Workforce Analytics & Listening • Lead workforce analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks • Translate HR and business data into actionable workforce insights • Apply advanced and predictive analytics (e.g. attrition risk, hiring effectiveness) • Establish workforce listening mechanisms and activate insight-led interventions · Stakeholder & Team Leadership • Partner with HR, business leaders, D&T, and vendors within defined governance • Establish decision-making forums across HR and D&T • Lead and develop the Digital HR team • Oversee delivery of the HR digital portfolio aligned to roadmap and value outcomes
