What would you do? Day-to-day activity: Execute day-to-day Talent Product Compliance monitoring and reporting activities under defined SOPs. Responsible for evidence review, documentation, audit support, and tracking compliance outcomes across Service Operations. This role supports compliance reporting and does not own compliance end-to-end.

Total Years of Role Specific Experience 1–3 years in compliance, audit support, or operations governance roles Skills / Knowledge Mandatory Vs Preferred

Audit support & evidence management Mandatory
Attention to detail & data accuracy Mandatory
Roles and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities • Perform compliance validations and evidence checks as per SOPs and control checklists • Document compliance outcomes, exceptions, and remediation status for reporting • Support internal and client audits by preparing compliance reports and audit artifacts • Track audit findings and support closure coordination • Maintain compliance trackers and reporting inputs •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
• Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
• You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
• You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
• Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
• In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
