Responsible for end-to-end Supply Chain Management activities related to KSA  load handling, ensuring timely planning, coordination, documentation, and shipment execution in line with customer requirements and internal process standards.

Plan and consolidate KSA loads based on sales orders, material readiness, and dispatch schedules.

Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and export teams to ensure readiness for shipment.

Prepare and verify export documentation such as packing lists, invoices, certificates, and compliance documents required for KSA shipments.  Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, INCOTERMS, and customer-specific documentation standards.

Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to secure bookings and align dispatch timelines.

Monitor truck placement, container loading, and ensure dispatch accuracy.

Track shipment status until final delivery and update all stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records of KSA load plans, dispatch reports, and logistics KPIs.

Act as a single point of contact for KSA-related SCM queries from internal teams and customers.

Escalate delays or bottlenecks proactively and coordinate immediate corrective actions.

Identify process gaps and help improve loading efficiency, cycle time, and documentation accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree /Diploma in Mech exp 10 years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or relevant field.

2–5 years of experience in SCM, export logistics, or dispatch coordination.

Strong understanding of export compliance and logistics operations.

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
