Job Summary

Are you looking for a unique opportunity to broaden your skills and collaborate directly with our dealers?
As a Material Availability Analyst, you’ll join the EAME Dealer Aftermarket Collaboration team and play a vital role in supporting our dealer network.
Your key focus will be back-order expediting, ensuring our dealers get the right parts when they need them most, with a strong emphasis on requests. Good knowledge of English is required.

You will:

• Be the first point of contact for requests submitted via PartsViz—our innovative collaboration platform that connects dealers and business partners.
• Ensure dealer concerns are heard, understood, and effectively addressed.
• Build a strong understanding of our customers’ needs and challenges.
• Provide clear, meaningful, and impactful responses that enhance the customer experience.

What You Have

• Customer focus: passionate about delivering outstanding customer experience, with a strong service mindset with high quality support. 
• Decision making: able to assess situations and customer inquiries by using the right tools and relevant information 
• Experience on Caterpillar parts products, processes & systems is a benefit 
• Excellent PC and software skills 

Additional Information

• This role requires to working in second shift (India hours)
