Marketing Operations Analyst 


We are looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Campaign Operations. This role will be focused on execution of our Monday.com strategy and configuration. The role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience using or administering Monday.com who is eager to deepen their platform expertise and grow into a more advanced operations role. In working side by side with the Senior Manager, Campaign Operations, you will work closely with marketers and stakeholders to design scalable workflows, automate processes, and ensure data accuracy and visibility.


Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do 


  • Support the administration and configuration of Monday.com under the guidance of the Sr. Manager, Campaign Operations
  • Help build and maintain boards, dashboards, workspaces, and automations to support marketing planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Monday.com workflows, with review and direction
  • Assist in creating and maintaining standardized templates, column structures, status frameworks, and naming conventions to improve consistency and reporting accuracy
  • Support data hygiene by monitoring board health, permissions, dependencies, and archiving practices
  • Help build dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into campaign status, capacity, timelines, and performance
  • Document workflows, best practices, and governance guidelines for Monday.com usage
  • Provide day‑to‑day support to marketing users and assist with basic training and onboarding
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and proactively recommend improvements to tooling and workflows
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and improvements to stakeholders

Be Prepared — What You Bring 


  • 2+ years of experience administrating using Monday.com in an operations, project management, or marketing environment
  • Good understanding of Monday.com capabilities including boards, columns, dashboards, automations, permissions, and integrations
  • Experience designing scalable workflows and templates for cross-functional teams
  • Comfort working with data structures, dependencies, and reporting logic
  • Familiarity with marketing operations tools and concepts (e.g., campaign workflows, intake processes, SLAs, reporting)
  • Ability to analyze processes and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Strong documentation, training, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and operational excellence
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Be Successful — Your Path 


First 90 Days:  


  • Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work 
  • Discuss and create short/long term goals 

Six months


  • Have a good understanding of Infoblox’s workflows and how they are supported in Monday.com
  • Confidently manage assigned boards, dashboards, and automations with guidance 
  • Contribute to standardized templates and dashboards that improve visibility and consistency 
  • Support administrate Monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations for Marketing
  • Be a trusted partner to Marketing Operations and the entire Marketing organization for tooling and process support

One Year:  


  • Proactively identify automation improvements that measurably increase efficiency
  • Manage Monday.com enhancements and integrations with oversight 
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Monday.com within Marketing Operations
  • Be a key contributor to the scalability and success of Infoblox’s marketing operations
