About the Role The Marketing Data & Operations Coordinator plays a tactical, execution-focused role supporting the delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns within HubSpot.
Working across emails, landing pages, forms, lists, data management, workflows, this position ensures day-to-day campaign elements are executed accurately and efficiently with minimal oversight.
This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, detail-oriented individual operating in a different time zone, who can work independently, follow established processes, and deliver with consistency and attention to detail.
While live collaboration will be limited, the ability to execute tasks to specification and maintain campaign and data hygiene is critical.
What You’ll Do Marketing Operations: Set up, QA, and deploy marketing emails, forms, landing pages, blogs, and nurture workflows in Hubspot Coordinate Hubspot requests between marketing, sales, and operations teams Execute campaigns using predefined templates, naming conventions, and asset structures Import and clean lists, apply proper tagging and source attribution based on existing guidelines Maintain segmented contact lists and ensure data complies with privacy regulations (e.
g., GDPR, CASL) Liaise with HubSpot Support or external agencies for technical troubleshooting when needed Data and Reporting Support: Work with key stakeholders from marketing and sales operations to understand reporting requirements, build reports and provide continuous analysis and insight into key pipeline metrics.
Pull standard reports and dashboards to track campaign metrics (CTR, MQLs, CPL, ROI) Monitor campaign performance, bounce rates, and flag issues proactively Apply tagging logic and campaign associations consistently for accurate attribution Perform basic data maintenance tasks (e.
g., validating fields, tagging form submissions) Maintain internal process documentation and follow defined “How-To” playbooks What you bring: Highly organized and capable of executing detailed tasks independently Experience with HubSpot and campaign execution workflows Able to follow instructions, naming conventions, and process guidelines with precision Strong understanding of digital marketing assets and email best practices Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, conversions and tracking Qualifications: · 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing · Hands-on experience building and QA’ing campaigns, emails, forms, landing pages, lists, and workflows in HubSpot · Experience importing, cleaning, tagging, and maintaining marketing data · Basic understanding of GDPR, CASL, and marketing consent requirements · Experience pulling and interpreting campaign and pipeline reports (CTR, MQLs, CPL, ROI) · Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined processes and playbooks This role will require you to be based in Bengaluru.
