An Ideal Candidate:

The candidate is required to possess experience in BESS/BMS Embedded development within the Automotive/Automobile sector.

Key Competencies:

* Design and set up production lines (cell → module → pack → container integration)

* Define process flows, SOPs, and cycle times

* Select and commission equipment (laser welding, cell stacking, formation, testing rigs)

* Implement lean manufacturing and cost reduction strategies

* Improve yield, reduce scrap, and optimize throughput

Develop preventive & predictive maintenance systems

* Ensure uptime of critical equipment (BMS testers, welding machines, HVAC, dry rooms)

* Manage breakdowns and root cause analysis (RCA)

* Spare parts planning and AMC/vendor coordination

* Drive OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement
