Responsibilities: Set a clear vision and provide strategic leadership to propel the India business in harmony with Eriez's global objectives Champion growth initiatives across Mining, Heavy Industry, and Light Industry sectors, deepening customer connections and expanding market reach regionally Collaborate closely with senior leadership across sales, operations, engineering, and finance to ensure seamless execution and alignment of business strategies Take full ownership of Eriez India's P&L, ensuring targets for safety, revenue, profitability, order bookings, and cash flow are consistently achieved Represent Eriez with integrity, enhancing brand reputation and building enduring relationships with key stakeholders in the region Foster a high-performance culture focused on talent development, employee engagement, and empowering teams to excel Ensure strict compliance with all relevant laws, Eriez global policies, and best practices covering safety, HR, financial, and ethical standards Engage actively with the global Eriez leadership community to exchange best practices and support international initiatives Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all departments and functions Profit sharing programme Car with driver and fuel allowance Multiple employee-centric and wellbeing support programmes Medical insurance for employee and family A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Business is required; a Master’s degree is highly preferred Experience working within a global business with direct experience in North America and/or Europe Bring a rich career in sales and/or manufacturing of capital equipment (or in similar industrial manufacturing environments), handling significant leadership roles and P&L responsibilities Demonstrated success in driving commercial and operational growth within technical B2B markets Well-versed in relevant regional business regulations, financial practices, and employment laws Experience navigating matrixed global organizations with multi-site leadership responsibilities Fluent English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed (approx.
