Manager, Program Management, Amazon Business Operations & EF Analytics

AB IN addresses a massive $109 B B2B procurement opportunity, with the enterprise segment (CPS) representing $76B across ~100K customers—yet online penetration remains below 2% (expected to reach 5% by 2030). IN AB Operations is executing an ambitious 2026 plan to build India's most reliable and efficient B2B delivery network through targeted operational interventions: leveraging dedicated 3P B2B carriers for enterprise fulfillment, optimizing and scaling the AWIPL 3P FC network for B2B-specific selection, and enhancing core AMZL capabilities for commercial address deliveries. Without these foundational investments, AB cannot meet the differentiated service expectations that enterprise customers require. We are looking for an exceptional leaders who leads the Delivery experience for AB from Operations and also leads Analytics & AI charter for the broader External fulfillment org. This is a people manager role
Key job responsibilities
1. To partner with AB Business to define the right DEX and provide partnership as the Operations Leader for the same
2. To maintain engagement with partner teams, AB Ops has organized fortnightly internal reviews, MBRs with AB Business, and QBRs with INOPS and Business leaders.
3. Help find solutions for the unique DEX requirements for AB and champion the same across Operations team. Also tactically address day to day operation challenges faced by AB Business to protect CX
4. Lead the AI & Analytics charter for broader External fulfillment & 3P org and the lead the BA team.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of team management experience
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
